If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit for your natural stride, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn barefoot shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
